Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, & Emotion Code Practitioner
I know what it feels like to feel stuck in your own body. I used to struggle with daily fatigue, digestive issues, fatigue, chronic pain, and a complicated relationship with food and exercise. Doctors, medications, and restrictive diets didn't give me the answers i needed, and I often felt powerless and frustrated.
Through holistic nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle changes, I found a way to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my body. These experiences inspired me to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach, so I could help others regain control, move comfortably, and achieve a balanced, sustainable relationship with food and fitness.
